Seems awfully harsh for a traffic light race, but because Hebert was driving on a suspended license and Bowden complained about an arm injury, plus the amount of drivers/pedestrians in the video, no quarter was given. Still… we've heard of drunk driving sentences much, much lower.

That's a really harsh punishment, I wouldn't be surprised if they said all the wrong things in court and pissed off the judge
