Interesting point on the heat dissipation of the front tire. I recall in the Viper ACR Ring record years ago they had constant issues because the front tire has almost no sidewall.

I also found the point about heat dissipation quite interesting.
In my opinion, it is likely to balance the front and rear tread heat to maintain balanced handling as the tires are worked up, especially since the G8X is carrying more weight on the front axle. Quoted from the video just before he talks about the staggered diameters: "
It's the balance between front and rear tyres that is essential". It cannot be for absolute heat dissipation because they are offering 3 different front tire aspect ratios:
- 275/40R18 with 285/35R19
- 275/35R19 with 285/30R20
- 285/30R20 with 295/25R21
