It's not provided by the dealership. You have to be a penfed member for at least 60 days before you can get the coupon/voucher from them. Take it to any BMW dealership and they should honor it. When I purchased my M3 no questions were asked when I presented them the print out. One thing to keep in mind, if you want to use that rebate you can't finance with BMW.
