If we could only also teach people who use the turn signals WHEN to use them. They are also called indicators to "indicate" the change of direction coming. I see too many people turn them on when they are halfway across the lane already. Kind of late for its purpose.

Or leave em on for miles at a time. Half the time I'm guessing if a vehicle's going to change lanes based on behavior and positioning (no signaling), half the time I'm guessing if the vehicle's NOT going to change lanes because they've had a signal on for a full minute and it's clear.
