My X3 MC (although built in SC, USA) had the same small flaw. The passenger doors, mainly the RR one was out of alignment just a touch. But to get it back into German precision tight specs, it would require a fair amount of work & possible damage the adjacent panels / window trim. So after speaking with many highly respected professionals I've chose to simply live with it & accept that this M monster isn't perfect. Like us & the world we drive / live in.
