I'm embarrassed to say that my last BMW manual was my E46 M3 I bought new in 2001. While not Honda shifter feel, I had no issues with it. Many auto M cars later, I found myself buying a G80 6MT on a whim because I fell in love with it during the test drive and the dealer offered it to me under MSRP.
I actually really enjoy the shift action on the G80. No complaints here.
