I stopped by my local dealer today. (Not the one I ordered my car through.) The way they explained it to me was there was an on-line signup that the dealer does for you. He said that I didn't have to physically be present for the signup but of course I'd need to be for the test drive. My SA was on vacation today, so hopefully I'll have more details tomorrow.
