The 2 series pics i posted are not hiding the new screen layout.They show the same screen layout as the G20 and the G42 will debut in 08/21 with what is shown in the pics i posted.Then according to the info posted by ynguldyn the screen layout will be changed to the same design as the i4 in 08/22.So the current screen layout that is shown in the pics i posted will only be in the G42 for the first year of production. |
From his info it seems the "i4 version" will be an optional upgrade as well.
Whatever those particular spy shots are of (and I agree they do look to be something closer to the current live cockpit pro) the fact that they would offer both screen setups simultaneously or changeover after just a year is proof that the "i4 version" will not be a radical remake of the interior. It will essentially only be bigger screens connected by some trim
