the spare is an option. you can build your X3M/X4M to come with a mobility kit with no spare at all, giving you that extra bit of rear trunk space.

OK, wait a second, you're telling me here in the U.S. 🇺🇸 you have with the X4M an option "without" a spare donut/tire? BMW will give you full trunk space? That is news to me, if that is true that is awesome!
But I do not like having a spare tire. With that said I TRUST my modern Bridgestone Potenza run-flats to get me home safely, they are awesome!
