To add to that post, in case I didn't already, at the absolute limit where you are threading the needle between control and slip, I'd rather be in the G8X. The chassis is stiffer, the handling more responsive, and the steer by throttle more accessible with traction control completely off even with X-Drive in RWD mode. The F80 M3 CS, is twitchier at the limit, by a small margin, and slightly less controllable compared to the G8X RWD and AWD. Will you feel this on the highway or street driving? Probably not. In the canyons? You have to really be pushing it to beyond safe levels. I'm talking about truly at-the-limit driving.
