The Jb4 is a better value as it offers more features like data logging, custom maps, etc... It also has more aggressive maps.
The race chip is easier to install. Im running their map six because, with map seven, traction becomes a severe issue. It's more than enough power as is.
Both solutions are reliable and fun. If you are looking for max power and most features, get the Jb4. If you want a tune that's easier to install and uninstall, Get the Race Chip.
