It seems that in Japan, the G80 is only available in Competition and in Right hand drive. Whereas the G82 can be had in Pure trim with 6MT in Left hand drive. The G82 is also available in Competition and I'll take a guess that it's also going to be in Right hand drive.
They allow driving both LHD & RHD cars on their roads driving on the left
