I was going to use them but changed my mind. The main reason is that their website and initial correspondence are misleading. They refer to using ceramic coating and the amount they charge is similar to what other shops charge for ceramic. When I went to their website they said they use Undrdog products. The Undrdog website shows their products to be teflon with the addition of paraffin.
When I spoke with Mike the owner he did confirm the product is actually teflon and not ceramic. He explained why he felt it was superior and why his shop used it. He was a very personable a seemingly well informed guy. The term “ceramic” is not generic in terms of car coatings. It is in fact a specific type that if used in advertising a consumer should have the right to expect will be used. Not teflon pretending to be ceramic. If not for this deception I would have used this shop.
