Assuming you have a good set metric tools, Its fairly straightforward, you must remove the calipers front and rear, and retract the parking brake in the rears using a 9v battery and some wire. Open your master cylinder and you can push the pistons back with just your hand.
If you've never done brakes might be a bit daunting.
You'll need some high temp anti seize too.
