For $500k+, I would’ve preferred a street-legal M4 GT3. That would’ve been a more thoughtful homage, as it would be more of a spiritual successor than a literal one. Also, an M4 GT3 is just plain more desirable to me.
Still, this car is nice and technically addresses the main complaints purists had with the G8x design (grilles, Hofmeister kink).
