You do realize in that link you sent, M3 and M4 is not excluded from loyalty for 2022. 2 series excludes M2 specifically. 3/4 aren't excluded, they're counted as 3 and 4 series. They do the same with military on BMWs page, including M3 and M4 under 3 and 4 series.
Also this was created in 2021. The discounts have changed a bit this year so it won't be correct entirely.
