One final point to add to the OCD....have you even noticed that you get int he car in the morning and when you look in the rearview is seems tilted slightly down? Then you move it....
Then in the evening it somehow seems to be tilted a little high so you have to sit up in your seat a little, or move the mirror again. Then the vicious circle begins.
I googled it - apparently we are, on average, around 1cm taller in the morning.
