You guys realize that catless downpipe on today's cars may cause overboost and cause the throttle valve to partially shut and pull timing? This is Inherent to small quick spooling turbos of today where as years ago larger turbos were used thus more lag.
It's interesting that many years ago, power gains were mostly discussed when talking about downpipes and exhausts. But now it's almost all about sound.
