I think so. But it looks like that M4C DID get a JB4 but not during the video in question.
When the M4C got the JB4, as shown in a later video, it was racing a hellcat redeye and was pretty much neck and neck. That's hugely impressive for just a tune.
So i can't see how people think the M4C has a JB4 in the video in the original post. I think if the M4C did have a JB4, it would have walked that mustang.
