It has a noise canceling effect on road noise.
Similar to noise canceling headphones the asd also supplies a supplemental frequency to isolate your ears into hearing engine noise rather that tire and wind. |
Do you know this noise cancelling feature to be fact?
I was under the impression the ASD is designed to give you the sound of the engine through the speakers. I never heard of it cancelling out road or tire noise
