I think this is pretty far off. $15k-$20k will be closer to average IMO.
Most 991.2s were going for $15k over and I think the market is a bit softer now. Plus a used 991.1 was not as attractive to a 991.2 buyer but a used 991.2 will be fairly attractive to a 992 buyer, especially when you can get a 991.2 GT3 RS for below sticker now. A lot of people will question paying a huge markup on the 992 when they can get the 991.2 RS at a discount.
Personally I think the car has the right amount of incremental improvements to make it it a "new", objectively superior car but not enough to make me jump from a 991.2.
