So, it looks like in other parts of the world colors like Fjord Blue and Fiona Red are not extra $$$. Either you are just required to order the full leather (same cost as other colors) or I saw somewhere it was like $500 more. Not a $3,000+ option like a true Individual color.

Has anyone in US ordered one of these? If so what was the extra cost and were there limitations (like only full leather, or only regular seats)?
