Sure, but you already have a track car that is much more capable than a A35 or a Golf R. At least with the Golf, you have a car that can serve the purpose of dog delivery, daily fun, affordable, fits in small parking spaces, manual transmission, comfortable, you can take people in it in comfort, etc...
