This is very true. The carbon roof separates single-digit M's from three-digit ones. But the question is whether its use is justified on a passenger car or is it more like a show-off accessory? As others stated, 45lbs of weight saving on the roof doesn't add much performance benefits. I found an older topic from 2019 on the same matter for F82. People couldn't agree either. I'm not surprised that nobody agrees 5 years later.
