Yes, from what I recall, there was a lot of technical information made available at launch and quickly thereafter for the F8X. It has to be said that there was also marketing BS with the F8X launch, like how they exaggerated down the weight (3,300lb, yeah, right
), there was much discussions and debates around that on the forum. But overall, I got a much more positive vibe from the F8X, the technical specs and marketing campaign resonated with me, which all prompted me to order one before test driving it.
