The problem for me is not "value" or the size of the engine. I just do not like the character and sound of a 4 cylinder. I think even if they went 6 cylinder with hybrid system, people would have already been mad being used to V8's. It'll be interesting how many people bail out.
As far as I'm concerned, while the look might not be for everyone, the G80 with an inline 6 with a 6 speed manual is an awesome combo that's very enticing (especially in this day and age)
