you do know, when you look at your service invoice and you see there is no software update listed on there.
I'm just stating what I was told and not saying I believe it. Not debating it with you or anyone else. It's not surprising that some do believe it because it's being mentioned to at least some of us.

We are just busting your chops because it comes up in every thread that even mentions a break in service. Not hard feelings
