The site has been wonky as of late, it's not just you. When checking the progress of my G80 M3 (where it is in terms of its production), it's been giving me errors.
It's probably best to give it a few days for things to sort themselves out. Whomever is in charge of the BMWUSA site must be getting flak recently because of it.
