So I messed around with some abs and a heat gun and molded a deflector for the drivers side. Will see if I get less brake wear on this side. I experimented with a leaf blower and the brake duct, and the air flow when wheels are straight goes right into the rotor hub without any modifications, so not sure of there is any incremental cooling to be had, but time will tell.
Before anyone asks, the duct aligns with the vent when the suspension is loaded and not hanging. Nothing rubs lock to lock.
