Ok, here is the update I just got from my dealer. There are approx 350 M3 and M4s affected by the camera issue. The cameras are in very short supply. Anticipated that it will be complete in 4-6 weeks. And here is the kicker - none of the 350 will be released until all have had the work completed.
Not the best news sadly.
