A couple of hundred is the right estimate IMO.
We know that 6MT to 8AT is 50lb on the G8X and AWD on other BMW models is 140~150lb, so 200lb is in the right ballpark. Also figure that an 8AT AWD drivetrain will have a fair bit more rotating inertia and loss than a 6MT RWD one, so the 2 might be closer than we think.
