It was fine, at first, loved the updated interior (coming from an F80), and the power was amazing, but it was kind of boring. It was just too heavy feeling, great as a cruiser, but not nimble at all. Not a lot of fun to drive unless you were blasting off from a light (which I don't suspect will be a problem in the G82, from the stuff I've seen). Looking forward to being in something a tad smaller, but more fun to drive. I think the only thing I'll miss are the soft-close doors.  |
I just got my wife a new Mercedes GLS and it's amazing how nice soft close doors are. Before getting it I thought it was a useless option but now I'm a believer. Too bad it's not even an option for the G8X
