Only rookies think major warranty claims are handled at dealerships level. For serious repairs such as motor/tranny replacements, PUMA case is opened and ultimately decided by BMW NA. Unfortunately not something your SA buddy making 15/hr can help you with. |
Exactly!!!! Another dumb ass post about getting your shit fixed by some Knucklehead at the dealer. It's not happening. After all this time people still post this stuff. It's insane.
