Well, this is from my poor memory, but I believe that the M8 is lower and the roof is as well (shorter height overall). And as "more comfortable" I mean that in comfort mode, the ride is more forgiving on the 4.
Of course, I did not do a side-by-side comparison, so I could be wrong.
