I'd assume so since they are the same headlight, it's not like bmw gives special priority for the m3 to get them at a certain factory vs the m4 at a neighboring factory. It's a global shortage it will apply to every model that needs that specific chip. |
But maybe they in fact are doing so? Given the post that first brought this to light it would appear that is actually the case currently. Doesn't mean it won't eventually effect the M3 too though.
