WiFi is a wireless local area network technology. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connect to your car using bluetooth and WiFi. So, yes, your car has WiFi.

Most people (and sounds like you too) use the term WiFi to denote connectivity to the Internet via WiFi. But those are two separate things. You may be referring to the fact that your car does not have the wifi hotspot option. That means your car doesn't have the cellular chip to be able to provide Internet access to devices in your car via WiFi. That's completely separate and not at all related to CarPlay.
