Screw the extended warranty. Get GIECO they have Mechanical Break down insurance. You need to purchase it ($7 dollar a month for me) before the car has 15K miles or 15 months old and you have to be the original owner. I paid 5K to extend my F80s warranty 2 years and I never used it. MBR is the way to go. There is a $250 deductible, but BMW has a 50 dollar deductible and tons of upfront cost, and a bigger bonus you don't have to worry about "voiding" any warranty.
