One could think it's limited to BMWs (X5M, M5, G8X M) but it isn't. I recall seeing the ceramic rotors with sliding rear calipers in the C63 and Merc GT.
Even the M2C brakes aren't ideal for trackers since the calipers need to be removed to swap the pads.
