BMW knows how many of its customers swap between street and track pads on its M cars - especially the M2, M3 and M4. I'm hugely disappointed that BMW couldn't have come up with a solution that would allow for relatively easy pad swaps to continue.
I've been a loyal M3 customer for years now - and one of the things I love about my F80 is how easy it is to swap pads back and forth. Unless BMW or someone else comes up with a practical solution to this issue - I'll consider other manufacturers for my next track car (whether or not a dual-purpose daily driver).
