Well, if you want to make 100% sure there is no issue with warranty, the only „safe" thing is to get the M Performance Coilovers from BMW itself.
They introduced that with the M2 I think and will slso be available for the new M3/M4. They are basically from KW, but exclusivly manufactured and branded for BMW.
The only thing to keep in mind is that you can lower max 20mm. With KW you can go more, so to the max 40mm that is legal in CH

Ok I already asked the dealer to check the price for the MP-HAS and he doesn't know. also he said it looks like you then have to change the complete suspension, not only the coilover so it will be a costy option...M2 was I think about 3'500 CHF or something ?
20mm is absolutely ok for me, I don't want it too low but still a little lower than stock...
