You cannot spec the GT CF buckets. You only have the option of sofas.
The AP's are universally well reviewed across every platform, I'm sure they will be excellent. I'll miss the no fuss element of PCCB's, lack of dust, no squeaking on the street etc. Can post when I have some track days down. Aesthetically the yellow calipers look boss as well, the AP's are far more function over form.

The stock GT steel brakes are very good, I wouldn't rush to change them. If my car had steel brakes I would leave them alone probably. You can also get aftermarket discs for them (PFC, AP, Girodisc) which is a common route. You can also get the aforementioned aftermarket discs for the PCCB's, but then you are limited to 20 inch wheels.
