Good maths except.... Red Bull have confirmed to Formula1.com that it emerged after the race that they made a mistake with a front wing adjustment. On one side of the wing they were seven degrees of turn short, creating an aerodynamic imbalance.
And Motorsport.com: Unfortunately for Red Bull, any progress made with this package was scuppered during the Turkish Grand Prix, as a mistake during a pitstop meant that the angle of the flaps on either side of Verstappen’s wing differed by approximately seven degrees. This led to the aero imbalance that hindered him.

One turn is usually 1/2 a degree.
A team very rarely adjusts the front wing by 7 degrees for a routine pit stop fine tuning of the front downforce.
