I regularly make a 60-65 mile round trip, mix of highway and awesome back roads. Each round trip drops the needle approximately a quarter of a tank. It's as bad (I think it's actually worse) than my c7 z06, where at least cruising on the highway seems to make up for the terrible non-highway mpg.
When I made the mistake of calculating dollars-per-trip with gas prices where they are, I realized it was a terrible idea to do that math, and I should just keep swiping my card at the pump and loving every minute behind the wheel.
You will be at the pump. A lot. In sport plus, it's pretty absurd actually.
