You could but as we learn from the more quality brands performance divisions they spend some effort and science into balancing and tuning the factory wheel and tire front and rear combinations. I.e. that we now get these wide front tires from the factory is significant IMO and I’m confident it will be noticeable. Another good thing is that by offering optional Cup 2s from the factory vs. slapping them on a Suzuki is that we know the car is engineered and warranted to take the additional forces.

We are mainly talking about the standard 275s but there’s even the 285s in the performance range. That’s quite a beastly tire up front compared to historic factory M3 offerings. Even the M4 GTS wear 265s.
