I think I read about 40% of M3/M4 buyers bought the base model. Especially as AWD becomes more widespread across the BMW product line, the manual's are going to become more fringe and less wanted by the mainstream. If you watch the used 2022 M3/M4 market on either Autotrader or CarGuru's, the manuals sit for longer.
