The seats are 20 lbs a pair I think or is it 40lbs a pair?
I really hope a lot of it is unsprung weight as wheels and brakes, huge benefits there.
154 lbs is a lot though so maybe CF hood and trunk lid as well, helping lowering COG some?

Yup with CF hood & roof it's easily achievable.
I wonder how the M5 CS will be positioned vs. the M8 GC and how they'll perform head to head.
