They are great, I really enjoyed driving the M5c in mountain roads with the same tranny. Snappy, responsive, locks the torque converter all the time.
If your only use is the street I don't think you'll notice a negative difference. For the ones of us who are serious trackers, the ZF brings a whole bunch of possible issues into the mix that the DCT did not have.
You can pound on the DCT at the track for an hour at a time like a savage and have 0 issues, it is really impressive.
