Pretty sure those were carbon ceramics. Doubt it's smaller than the M2C brakes.
Just looked it up, again, the standard G80 brakes are smaller than the M2C and the rear is a single piston floating brake, yikes .
Standard brakes have always been like that. Even on the outgoing M3/4. The M2C got the carbon ceramic calipers just without the pads and rotors. That's why they're silver and not gold and 6 pot instead of 4. The CC upgrade on the new M3/4 should be a 6 pot as well.
