It’s a sports car. It has earned the title and with a few tweaks the CSL smokes the 718 on track.
You’re just feeling the 500lb+ weight difference and smaller brakes.
If you owned a base 911 it would feel closer to the M3. Some of the new 911s ,especially AWD, weigh as much or more.
I would agree the M8 is just a fast luxury car. It’s a pig.
