My take:

CCB Pros
  • Reduced unsprung mass
  • Will likely outlive the car if not driven on track
  • Less brake dust
  • They look nice
  • Improved brake feel (when dry)
  • Better fade resistance than iron rotors with stock pads

CCB Cons
  • Expensive to purchase
  • Do not provide shorter braking distance than stock irons (prior fade)
  • Do not offer better fade resistance than irons with track pads
  • Will wear just as fast as irons with track use
  • Very expensive to replace (see previous point)
  • Are more fragile to manipulate (see previous point)
  • Can be more noisy
  • Offer less initial bite when wet
